Support Teacher
About The Position
Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a Support Staff to work within our growing community of educators. As a Support Staff within our organization, you are responsible for the safety, education, well-being, supervision, and comfort of each and every student in your care. When you join our team as an Support Staff, you will: Provide a safe and structured environment that stimulates and nurtures a young student's mind Implement daily schedule and lesson plans developed around our innovative curriculum Build positive relationships through communication with employees, students, parents, and community.
Requirements
- Two years of related experience in childcare
- Flexible with scheduling Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong classroom management skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to obtain State Police, FBI and Child Abuse clearances
- Ability to obtain a Health Assessment with TB

- CDA/Associates Degree
