About The Position
Primrose School of West Orange is seeking an entry-level Support Teacher to join their team. This role involves supporting a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children, assisting with age-appropriate lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a safe learning space. The Support Teacher will communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community and participate in ongoing professional development. The position offers the opportunity to support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth within a joyful and welcoming childcare environment.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
- CDA in Infant-Toddlers preferred.
