About The Position

Creative Child Learning Center is seeking a Support Childcare Teacher to collaborate with teachers across various classrooms. The role helps create a positive, engaging learning environment that supports children’s holistic development. The school offers educators a supportive environment, resources for creating positive learning experiences, education incentives, and career development programs. Creative Child is part of Endeavor Schools, an education management company with more than 100 schools in 14 states. The position requires Level 2 background screening under Florida law; candidates may need to complete screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. The employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay is listed as USD $15.00–$17.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Six months of prior experience working in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with the assigned age group.
Meet specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in early childhood development or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred, but not required.
One year of prior experience working in a certified child development center preferred.
