About The Position

The CHANEL Shipping Supervisor leads daily shipping, packing, and fulfillment operations for CHANEL merchandise, ensuring products are prepared, packaged, and delivered in accordance with CHANEL brand standards. The role oversees the shipping lifecycle from packing through customer receipt to support a seamless luxury client experience. The supervisor leads support associates, drives productivity, maintains quality, and ensures operational excellence.

Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail operations, fulfillment, stock, logistics, luxury retail, or a related environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Proficiency with inventory, fulfillment, or operational systems.
Ability to lift and move merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, coach, and develop a team of CHANEL support associates.
Create daily work assignments and monitor productivity to ensure the workload is completed.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence, and conduct performance discussions with regular feedback.
Support daily shipping, packing, and fulfillment operations as needed.
Oversee packing for CHANEL merchandise, including gift packaging, shipping preparation, transfers, and customer orders.
Ensure merchandise is packaged accurately, securely, and according to CHANEL presentation standards.
Monitor daily volumes and prioritize work to meet customer and business expectations.
Partner with store leadership and CHANEL management to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Manage the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.
Coordinate shipment processing and provide tracking information to selling teams.
Facilitate accurate and efficient processing of returned merchandise.
Maintain quality control and presentation standards; conduct regular audits of packing accuracy and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory controls.
Support loss prevention initiatives and maintain a secure work environment.
Assist with merchandise handling, receiving, transfers, and inventory activities.
Monitor packing and shipping supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Collaborate with vendor partners and cross-functional teams to support business needs.
