About The Position

Support staff for The UPS Store assist customers with package drop-offs, returns, printing, shipping, mailing, and other store services. Responsibilities

• Handle Amazon returns and UPS drop-offs for customers at the register and kiosk.
• Check in packages for mailbox holders.
• Process Amazon returns.
• Take passport photos.
• Keep the store clean.
• Complete print jobs and scan, email, and fax documents.
• Process Comcast, AT&T, and other customer/vendor relationships.
• Maintain mailboxes with customers.
• Stock the retail cabinet.
• Pack items for shipment.
