If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences, we want you on our team! We are hiring Poker Room Support Staff for three key roles: Host – Greet and welcome guests, assist throughout the poker room, and perform table fills—all while delivering exceptional customer service. Chip Runner – Facilitate chip transactions between players and the cage, provide fills to dealers, and help keep the poker room clean and organized. Poker Room Cashier – Handle monetary exchanges with guests and staff at the cage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–15 lbs
- Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Strong cash-handling and counting skills
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under strict operational controls
- Must be eligible to obtain a license through the Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC)
- Committed to providing a high level of service that encourages guests to return
