About the Role: Support Staff Support Staff are essential to the daily operations of our dispensary. From greeting customers to supporting the sales floor, you'll help ensure every guest has a smooth, compliant, and enjoyable experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that provides exposure to multiple areas of dispensary operations, making it a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the ins and outs of cannabis retail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must meet all state requirements for employment in the cannabis industry

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required. What matters most is a positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a positive first impression
  • Educate guests on cannabis products, strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods
  • Verify IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Process transactions accurately using our POS system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment
  • Support your teammates through clear communication and teamwork
