About The Position

Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole person care. With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff, clinicians, physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community. We’re hiring full-time Support Staff-Front Desk to work at our 1304 Chinook location. Scheduled shifts: Monday- Wednesday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and Thursday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. As a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year of receptionist experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
  • Demonstrated flexibility
  • Colorado driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
  • Must be able to travel to Trinidad & Walsenburg as needed
  • Must already be authorized to work in the US; sponsorships not available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Work hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs)
  • Cover front desk reception
  • Operate phones/phone system
  • Scan and uploads records to the electronic health record
  • Verify client payer eligibility
  • Schedule client appointments as requested
  • Process Release of Information requests
  • Balance cash drawer/box
  • Maintain client electronic health records as needed
  • Complete client phone enrollments
  • Complete other departments’ job requests as needed
  • Cover at various locations as assigned
  • Record data electronically and communicate with clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
