St. Anthony's, founded in 1950, is a comprehensive safety net service center in San Francisco, providing food, clothing, medical care, addiction recovery services, access to technology, job training, and other critical resources. The Fr. Alfred Center (FAC) offers a year-long, abstinence-based residential recovery program for homeless men seeking sober and stable lives. This program empowers men with no income or resources by providing tools to overcome addiction and support to establish productive and healthy lives. The holistic treatment approach addresses clients' medical, legal, vocational, and educational needs, which are often impacted by poverty and addiction. As the Residential Overnight Staff, you will ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents by consistently applying program guidelines, policies, and procedures in alignment with the mission and values of St. Anthony Foundation. Your responsibilities during the overnight shift include monitoring residents, conducting routine rounds, managing and reporting emergencies, and ensuring adherence to established house protocols. In the spirit of Franciscan values, the team provides compassion and care daily, acting as stewards of healing and social justice.
