About The Position
The Development Specialist will lead the fundraising and development efforts for the Education Foundation, driving donor engagement, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships to support the organization’s mission. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for nonprofit work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the fundraising area of nonprofit organization
- Experience in nonprofit finance/accounting
- Experience with donor software
- Experience with events
- Experience with payroll deduction campaigns
Responsibilities
