About The Position

Ascension is seeking a Foundation Development Specialist to coordinate the execution of fundraising campaigns, design marketing and educational materials, cultivate donor relationships, and track campaign performance metrics. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless campaign operations, training internal staff, building community trust, and identifying opportunities for fundraising growth.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree preferred
Fund Administrator experience preferred
Google Apps & Scripts experience is a plus
Non-Profit Foundation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate the execution of fundraising campaigns from start to finish—including managing time-lines, creative production, direct mailings, and the acknowledgment process—to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly.
Design engaging marketing and educational materials to train internal staff on giving levels, campaign strategies, and effective donor solicitation.
Cultivate and nurture lasting donor relationships by executing thoughtful appreciation and recognition initiatives, building deep community trust and confidence in our mission.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the success of our solicitation efforts and identify new opportunities for fundraising growth.
