This individual provides customer service for in-store, email, and phone ParkerStore customers. This is a full-time, hourly position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The role involves maintaining the Retail Business Unit Quality Standards: Safety, Responsiveness, Knowledgeable, Accuracy, and Engaging, across all ParkerStores at all times. The specialist will build and maintain customer relationships, fulfill customer product and service requirements, and fabricate hydraulic, industrial, and pneumatic hose assemblies. Responsibilities also include operating power tools, coordinating counter transactions, performing computer data entry, managing inventory (cycle counts, ordering, transfers, stocking), assisting with store appearance and marketing programs, performing cleaning duties, and sharing opening/closing responsibilities with the store manager. The role may also include serving on-call for after-hours customer emergencies and driving for material delivery/pickup.
