Requirements

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops and servers
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Exchange environments
Experience supporting Remote Desktop Services
Experience supporting Firewalls and network infrastructure
Experience supporting Cloud services
Experience supporting Mobile devices
Strong communication and people skills

Nice To Haves

Certifications and formal education are an asset

Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and support business-class technology solutions both onsite and remotely
Respond to client requests by identifying issues, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering timely resolutions
Collaborate with your teammates to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
Provide recommendations and guidance to improve client environments and user experience
Assist with the design and delivery of IT projects
Maintain clear, accurate, and concise documentation for all work performed
