This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service through accurate documentation, communication management, and organizational support. The Support Specialist will be responsible for various administrative tasks, maintaining files, processing mail, and handling inquiries. Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of office/clerical experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

  • Complete forms, letters and other communications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic files and databases
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Route internal and external inquiries to the proper source
  • Perform administrative tasks including expense processing, maintaining office supplies, and assembling certified mail
  • Handle copying, faxing, scanning and filing documents accurately and efficiently
  • Complete additional duties as directed by supervisor or manager
