The Support Specialist for staff enablement is primarily responsible for shaping and executing growth and development opportunities for the YouVersion team. This role combines creativity with operational oversight to create and implement learning experiences that evolve alongside team needs. The Support Specialist partners closely with leaders and staff to develop relevant training initiatives, support staff engagement, and strengthen team effectiveness through strategic development opportunities. This role utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
