About The Position

We’re hiring a Junior Support Specialist to join a fast‑paced client support team supporting mid‑sized businesses (50–999 employees). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with technology, and delivering a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (call center, office, retail, or restaurant)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech‑savvy; comfortable working across multiple systems/screens
  • Strong typing and troubleshooting skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in benefits, payroll, consulting, or financial services
  • CRM or case management experience (Salesforce a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support clients via inbound calls and email (12–20 calls/day)
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage cases from start to resolution
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with external clients and internal teams
  • Learn and support a complex technology platform with strong training provided
