Requirements

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of clerical support functions for the Health Information Management team.
- Enters data into computer systems
- Prepares birth certificates
- Documents and transcribes reports
- Answers the phone and routes calls as appropriate
- Performs chart filling and retrieval functions
