The Fraud Analytics Operations Support Specialist will support fraud analytics operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, and business operations activities. This position will work under general supervision, use judgment and initiative to resolve routine problems, support portions of larger project activities, and help coordinate information, inputs, and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams. Support routine and non-routine operational tasks across fraud analytics operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, project tracking, and documentation activities. Assist with collecting information, tracking issues, preparing status inputs, and supporting portions of larger project activities. Use judgment and initiative to resolve routine problems and make routine recommendations under general supervision. Support analysis of fraud-related data, operational information, reports, and project inputs to identify trends, issues, and follow-up needs. Coordinate with team members and less experienced staff to request information, maintain accurate records, and support deliverable inputs. Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, trackers, reports, and analytical support materials. Support data review, documentation, quality checks, and basic reporting activities that enable fraud analytics and operational decision-making. Help organize stakeholder inputs, task assignments, action items, and project artifacts to support timely delivery of work products. Apply established processes, tools, and templates to complete assigned work accurately and on schedule. Work onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland five (5) days per week and collaborate closely with government personnel and contractor team members.
