About The Position
Bring your passion to Texas Health So we are Better + Together! This position is for our outpatient clinic. Behavioral Health Highlights: Multidisciplinary team in a diverse work environment, Collaborative work environment, Great team, Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and a very engaged leadership team, Fast Paced, 48 bed inpatient Adult and Adolescent Behavioral Health Units.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- One-year office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Usage of basic office equipment (e.g. fax machines, copy machines, phones).
- Knowledge and understanding of various business applications software (e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/SharePoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills to include telephone skills
- Exhibits a pleasant, professional, polished presence exhibiting the ability to troubleshoot utilizing critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a highly stressful and emotional environment, to include behavioral health patients
- Must be able to exhibit a high level of empathy with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and support people during life-changing events, while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
