We are hiring immediately for a full time SUPPORT SERVICES UTILITY LEAD (INSTALL TEAM) position. This role involves assisting shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day functions of the department, maintaining a high level of quality, training, supporting, and supervising team members. The position ensures daily schedules are assigned and completed, and sets a positive example through professional interactions with team members, customers, patients, and families. The role also includes delivering quality customer service, providing assignments and assistance to team members, demonstrating proper use of personal protective equipment, and potentially relieving shift supervisors in their absence. Adjusting or covering schedules during times of short staffing, conducting quality assurance surveys, monitoring and reporting equipment issues or shortages, and conducting customer and patient surveys are also key responsibilities. Interaction with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age-based competencies is expected.
