About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time SUPPORT SERVICES UTILITY LEAD (INSTALL TEAM) position. This role involves assisting shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day functions of the department, maintaining a high level of quality, training, supporting, and supervising team members. The position ensures daily schedules are assigned and completed, and sets a positive example through professional interactions with team members, customers, patients, and families. The role also includes delivering quality customer service, providing assignments and assistance to team members, demonstrating proper use of personal protective equipment, and potentially relieving shift supervisors in their absence. Adjusting or covering schedules during times of short staffing, conducting quality assurance surveys, monitoring and reporting equipment issues or shortages, and conducting customer and patient surveys are also key responsibilities. Interaction with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age-based competencies is expected. Requirements

  • Previous experience operating a 26 ft box truck while delivering and installing vending machines is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to transport, deliver, and install vending machines across a variety of customer locations.
  • Efficiently load and unload vending machines using lift gates, pallet jacks, and stair climbers in diverse environments and conditions.
  • Apply strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to maneuver equipment through tight spaces and adapt installations as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and verify vending machines to ensure proper installation, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist shift supervisors and department directors in the day to day function of the department.
  • Maintain high level of quality in all aspects of the department's duties, by training, supporting supervising and interacting with department team members.
  • Ensure that all schedules are assigned and completed daily.
  • Set a positive example for department through professional interactions with team members, customers, patient and families.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
  • Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
  • Contribute to the team efforts and showing good customer interactions, and professionalism for customers, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact with.
  • Delivers quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to the detail.
  • Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance.
  • Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
