We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Card Services Team Lead.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service experience is required.
  • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Two to four years of similar or related experience in a financial institution and one year in a lead or supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Card Services Specialists through guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Assists the manager with scheduling, performance monitoring, and training new employees.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for complex member and staff escalations.
  • Serves as an expert resource for all Card Services department products and services.
  • Ensures that the team adheres to all policies and procedures.
  • Maintains oversight of member account information on applicable operating systems.
  • Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Monitors workflows related to processing approved credit card applications.
