An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the residents, staff, and visitors of the Bacon Campus/Life Adjustment Program. Responsible for coordination of resources (transportation, office supplies, program supplies, resident supplies) with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent preferred, plus one year of related experience, or two years of work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Build the LAP transportation schedule in accordance with the transportation policy and process.
  • Greet & direct phone/walk in traffic at the front desk for the Bacon Campus including visitors to LAP, vendors, meeting attendees, clients and others in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.
  • Provide Concierge services (client cigarettes, ride requests, money requests, etc.) to residents.
  • Maintain resident documentation on-site and electronically in the electronic medical records system (EMR).
  • Generate purchasing documents for program purchasing weekly and as needed.
  • Order office and program supplies in-store or online to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Responsible for daily entry of Work Orders into maintenance system and clarify requests as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to Bacon Campus for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail, paychecks, etc.
  • Maintain program information sources.
