About The Position
The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Creation of project documentation. Process monitoring. Conducting cost/benefit analysis. Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking. Providing day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Providing ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes and working in needed areas to provide support services based on the agency’s workload demands.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
- Experience creating new user accounts with the appropriate permissions and performing account maintenance within the Trimble platform
- Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
- Experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
- Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
- Providing basic new-user training, workflow training, administration training, as well as training on new features and process design
- Experience providing guidance on leveraging best practices, conducting design sessions, and documenting requirements for new process rollouts for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder)
- Experience evaluating the use of cost management and leveraging best practices in cost management using the Trimble platform
