As a Support Services Floater Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our Account Services and Card Services teams by processing electronic services, researching account issues, resolving fraud disputes, and providing operational support across multiple functions. Your work helps ensure our members can confidently manage their finances while supporting the teams who serve them every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new processes, and making an impact through accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
