SUMMARY An Associate Care Center Representative is to create a welcoming, positive, and supportive experience for all associates. This position will greet and assist employees while helping ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong active-listening and communication skills and demonstrate a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful approach. This individual should be committed to providing outstanding associate support and willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related or relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active-listening and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with computers and workplace technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with drivers, management, and other departments.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and service-oriented approach in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check out all drivers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding service-related issues and concerns.
  • Maintain the Associate Care Center, welcome area, and driver lounge in a clean, organized, well-stocked, and presentable condition.
  • Document and coordinate driver merchandising requests.
  • Facilitate effective communication between drivers and management.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding vending machines and micro-market service calls.
  • Work with drivers to review micro-market inventories daily.
  • Review returned, damaged, and spoiled products and coordinate necessary changes within vending machines and micro-markets.
  • Oversee planogram-related projects, including par-level adjustments, pricing exceptions, new product placement, and other merchandising initiatives.
  • Assist Order Builders as needed to support daily operational requirements.
  • Support additional operational tasks, assignments, and special projects as needed.
