We are hiring a Support Operations Clerk who will be responsible for performing routine administrative tasks in support of the Support Operations unit. Responsibilities include thoroughness and accuracy of incoming mail processing, Member support requests, and document scanning. The team member will ensure a smooth and efficient workflow by importing scanned documents from the branches into the imaging system for records retention and future viewing. This position is office based in Anaheim Hills, CA.
