About The Position

Level99 is a unique entertainment venue featuring over 50 life-sized mini-games, a full-service bar, and an award-winning restaurant. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Support/Expeditor who will act as a crucial link between our Back of House and Front of House teams. This role involves managing orders for both high-volume takeout and delivery services using our TOAST KDS expo screen, ensuring all orders meet Night Shift Natick's standards for quality, flavor, and presentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong attention to detail. Responsibilities also include running food, clearing tables, and assisting with various aspects of our food program. We emphasize cross-training and flexibility, making strong communication essential for success.

Requirements

  • Understanding of ticket times and kitchen metrics.
  • Previous BOH management or line experience.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

  • Review and understand all guest orders, including in-restaurant dining, takeout, and delivery.
  • Distinguish between guest-facing counter pickup window and Taproom orders, expediting accordingly.
  • Receive, check, and pack all guest takeout orders.
  • Monitor quality, consistency, and ticket times.
  • Communicate effectively with both front of house and back of house teams.
  • Organize all materials for takeout/delivery and dining, including plates, bags, boxes, and labels.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all food menus and established standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
  • Replenish sauces, ramekins, and specific containers designated for specific service areas.
  • Direct and assist food runners in delivering food.
