About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Support Equipment Data Analytics and Transformation (SEDAT) team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the development, integration, and sustainment of the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) database and related enterprise applications. As a highly visible member of the organization, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and implement U.S. Government requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. The selected candidate will lead systems integration efforts supporting Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) initiatives and will play a key role in the integration and sustainment of SEAL, LSEMS, and SAP platforms. Working closely with business partners, engineering teams, and end users, you will translate requirements into technical solutions, develop coding logic, create data visualizations, and deliver analytics products that enable data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline with 8+ years of prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree in the aforementioned fields with 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems integration, data management, digital transformation initiatives, or business systems implementations.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database structures, data integration concepts, and enterprise applications.
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, system enhancements, or analytics products.
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities in a dynamic environment while managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, databases, and system interfaces supporting logistics, supply chain, procurement, fleet management, sustainment, or similar operational environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP and their integration with downstream business applications.
  • Understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture concepts.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated project management capability, with experience leading initiatives using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other structured delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration, sustainment, and enhancement of the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for systems integration activities across ELMS, SEAL, LSEMS, SAP, and other enterprise applications supporting Support Equipment operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for Support Equipment requirements throughout the system lifecycle, including development, deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including U.S. Government representatives, to capture, prioritize, and implement business and system requirements.
  • Support Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) initiatives by ensuring system integrations, data structures, and business processes meet audit readiness, traceability, and compliance requirements.
  • Translate business and U.S. Government requirements into system capabilities by integrating ELMS functionality within the Support Equipment Application for Logistics (SEAL) platform and related enterprise systems.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, data quality controls, and integration best practices to ensure the accuracy, reliability, security, and traceability of enterprise data.
  • Engage directly with business partners to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, build coding logic, and deliver capabilities that address complex operational challenges.
  • Develop scalable and adaptable analytics solutions that support Global Logistics and Support Equipment Readiness (GLaSER) objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain analytics products and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Source, integrate, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.
  • Support enterprise Support Equipment initiatives across multiple engine programs, including F135, F119, F100, F117, and APU, through systems integration, analytics, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in systems integration, data governance, analytics platform operations, and digital solution development.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for system integrations, analytics products, and development activities in accordance with established team standards and processes.
  • Contribute within a Lean Agile environment to design, build, test, implement, and sustain system integration and digital transformation solutions.
  • Leverage working knowledge of SAP, including Warehouse, Requisition, Contracts, Procurement, and Fleet Management processes and T-Codes, to extract, interpret, and analyze operational data.
