About The Position

We are seeking a highly hands-on Data Integration Lead to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can mentor and guide junior developers, possesses a deep understanding of Databricks features and functionality, and has solid expertise in data engineering principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both onshore and offshore teams while remaining actively involved in technical execution.

Requirements

• 12-13 years of experience.
• Experience managing teams from onshore and offshore.
• Hands-on technical expertise.
• Strong IT experience in Data Warehouse and ETL.
• Hands-on data experience on Cloud Technologies on Azure, ADF, Synapse, Pyspark/Python.
• Ability to understand Design, Source to target mapping (STTM) and create specifications documents.
• Flexibility to operate from client office locations.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Strong understanding of Databricks features and functionality.
• Solid expertise in data engineering principles and best practices.
