About The Position

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, identify, and mitigate project risks, and ensure quality control of project deliverables. Support consultants provide specialized support services to businesses and organizations to assist with a range of critical operational functions. Evaluate the organization’s primary or urgent needs, create a strategic action plan, and implement systems and solutions to address those needs and help achieve business objectives. They may also serve as an internal subject matter expert to provide guidance and advice in their area of expertise and may create training guides or other materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, or information systems.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving technical issues in SAP Business One environments.
  • Solid experience in SAP Business One configuration, and support.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and client engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One and HANA database management.
  • In depth Knowledge of SAP Business One installation and all its components (Service Layer, Crystal Reports, EDS, Analytics, etc)
  • In‑depth knowledge of Linux and Windows server architecture and management
  • Proficiency of Service Layer integration of outside systems with SAP Business One
  • Proficiency in user management, email configuration, and system installations.
  • SQL and scripting languages for troubleshooting and customization.
  • Understanding of network configurations and security protocols.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with clients' technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a native level.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and concisely.
  • A people person with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker and learner
  • ERP implementation role, preferably with SAP Business One.

Nice To Haves

  • Cloud Control Center experience desired
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for SAP Business One, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HANA, installations, and configurations.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within SAP Business One.
  • Configure and maintain email settings and integrations within SAP Business One.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP Business One functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
  • Work closely with other Support team members, developers, and consultants to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
