Support Center College Summer Intern
About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a college summer intern for its Support Center team in Louisville, Kentucky. The 10-week internship offers rising seniors hands-on experience, meaningful projects, opportunities to explore career paths across departments such as Finance, People, IT, Legal, International, Marketing, and Training, and the chance to learn about the company’s culture and Core Values. Interns collaborate with department leaders, connect with mentors and other interns, and develop and present a project to the Leadership Team. This is an on-site position at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center. No previous experience is required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a BS/BA degree.
- Rising senior with at least 90 credit hours completed.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be at least 21 years old by the start of the program.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with department leaders on meaningful, real-world work.
- Research topics and projects related to the assigned department.
- Gain hands-on experience while exploring career opportunities in the field.
- Develop an internship project and present it to the Leadership Team.
- Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and fellow interns.
- Participate in activities and events that bring Texas Roadhouse culture and Core Values to life.
- Take on additional projects and opportunities throughout the summer.
