Generally works under the direct supervision of an Attorney IV, providing support to said Attorney IV in the nature of trial support, depositions, trial documents, prepare law and motion documents, appear at law and motion and other court hearings, research, medical record review, and other specific case assignments. The attorney will learn extensive knowledge of pre-trial litigation including case evaluation from initial file assignment through trial and post-trial procedures.
