About The Position

The Support Associate works as part of Lowe’s warehouse team to help ensure products are accurately received, organized, and shipped. The role supports supply chain operations across departments such as Building, Shipping, and Receiving. Associates are expected to complete tasks efficiently, work independently and collaboratively, and follow safety regulations and procedures. Tasks may be assigned across departments according to facility needs.

Requirements

• Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate power equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures and noisy environments.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work a set schedule that management may change based on facility needs, including possible mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
• Willingness to work voluntary or scheduled overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in distribution center operations or warehouse settings.
• Proficiency operating power equipment such as a forklift or reach truck.
• Detail-oriented approach and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.
• Spatial reasoning for effective product positioning.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and conventions.
• Perform tasks in various departments as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and comply with safety regulations.
