About The Position
S&K Aerospace is seeking a Supply Technician to support aircraft parts, tools, equipment, inventory, calibration, and material-accountability requirements supporting P-8A aircraft at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The position may support or manage Tool Control, IMRL, AMMRL, METCAL, and related Naval Aviation programs. This is a contingent position dependent upon contract win.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of aviation supply/logistics experience
- Experience supporting Naval Aviation maintenance operations using Navy supply and maintenance information systems
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess and maintain a current Secret security clearance
- Must be willing to travel when required
- Must have a valid state driver’s license when required by job assignment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a flightline driver’s license if required
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, issue, track, and account for aircraft parts, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory, custody, receipt, issue, and location records
- Research and resolve supply and accountability discrepancies
- Support Tool Control, IMRL, AMMRL, METCAL, and material-control requirements
- Track calibration status and due dates for tools and equipment
- Conduct inventories, spot checks, inspections, and records reviews
- Support shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of materials
- Comply with NAMP, HAZMAT, safety, and local supply procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including TDY or travel if required
