About The Position

The Supply Technician role is based in Fairdale, Kentucky. V2X is a global company with 120 years of experience in mission support, focusing on improving security, streamlining logistics, and enhancing readiness. This role supports Ground Tactical Engagement Systems (TES) MILES, which includes various simulation and training equipment for the US Army. The position requires coordinating, executing, tracking, and reporting orders within a warehouse environment, providing support to multiple end-user locations.

Requirements

  • Overseeing the receipt of materials, verifying quantities, and entering data into inventory management systems.
  • Experience allocating and organizing storage space efficiently to maximize the use of the warehouse.
  • Experience determining the appropriate locations for materials based on their size, frequency of use, and compatibility with other items.
  • Experience ensuring storage facilities comply with safety regulations and any specific storage requirements for certain materials, such as hazardous substances.
  • Experience maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring materials are stored in a manner that prevents damage or deterioration.
  • Experience picking materials/kits from storage areas to fulfill orders.
  • Experience packaging materials/kits for shipment or transfer to protect the equipment during transit.
  • Experience labeling all packages accurately with the necessary information, including product identification, quantity, batch numbers, and any safety warnings.
  • Responsible for physical inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Pick materials/kits from storage areas to fulfill orders.
  • Order, store, track, and distribute mission-essential items in support of US Army training organizations.
  • Provide business reporting, tracking, and coordination to company management and supported US Army Training organizations.
  • Package materials/kits for shipment or transfer to protect equipment during transit.
  • Accurately label all packages with necessary information, including product identification, quantity, batch numbers, and safety warnings.
  • Perform physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide hub support for multiple end-users, prioritizing resources and implementing efficiencies to meet critical mission requirements.
