Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, including receiving, processing, and coordinating material flow.
• Prepare print orders (including SF-1 forms).
• Generate weekly/monthly inventory and financial reports.
• Conduct cyclical/annual inventories and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records, SOPs, and provide directions to contractors.
