About The Position

This position is with the Department of Health Agency, Madigan Army Medical Center, Department of Resource Management, Logistics, Facility Management located at Tacoma, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Requirements

• US Citizens
• One year equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes reviewing requirements for the purchase of medical equipment; operating electronic supply systems to order and monitor the status of medical supplies; maintaining hand receipts for government and non-government property.
• Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
• You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Direct Deposit of Pay is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hand receipts for medical and nonmedical equipment located in the hospital, outlying clinics, and services, and outlying veterinary clinics.
• Maintain automated Property Records for government and non-government property hand receipt holders.
• Enter all transactions into Defense Medical Logistics Supply Systems (DMLSS).
• Process appropriate paperwork for adding and deleting items from the property book as accountability changes.
• Maintain document registers and master card files on all non-standard numbers assigned and compiles information daily as feeder data for monthly report.
• Post stock record accounts, property disposal losses, lateral transfer gains and losses and inventory adjustments.
