About The Position

The Supply Technician provides logistical and inventory support for medical and non-medical supplies to ensure consistent availability of materials critical patient care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
  • May be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional training in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive, store, and issue supplies and materials, ensuring proper inventory control and documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, orders, and usage, utilizing computer systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Inspect incoming supplies for quality and compliance with specifications, documenting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of supplies.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify supply needs and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
  • Prepare reports and assist in the development of supply budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and goals.
