About The Position

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. Under technical supply management and supervision, performs aspects of work within the functional areas of inventory management, material coordination and cataloging for a specific work unit. Employee will be responsible to perform the following functions/duties: Performs requirements determinations and usage forecasting Performs material coordination/expediting for specialized functions/groups/shops Maintains stock records to include items issued, inventories and related reports Writes item descriptions for new items entering the supply channels Reviews existing stick catalogs, manufacturers’ catalogs, drawings or other resource materials to match characteristics or part numbers and avoid duplicating items already recorded Operate computer terminals to enter data into inventory management systems Contacts vendors/suppliers to determine supply specifications, procurement lead times, etc. Perform other related duties and assignments as directed Supply Technician – TMDE Monitor / Tool Inspection Monitor

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of experience in a logistics support environment with emphasis on storage, property management, cataloging and protection of property.
  • Computerized inventory control experience
  • Sufficient communication skills to coordinate and respond to requests for services within the facility
  • Possess a valid, state issued driver’s license
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of TMDE equipment and calibration standards.
  • Familiarity with military regulations and compliance requirements for TMDE usage.
  • Skilled in using inventory management systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain meticulous records.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to fast-paced flight line operations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with maintenance personnel and leadership.
  • In depth knowledge of tool inspection procedures and inventory management.
  • Proficient in using inventory tracking systems and databases for tool accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect wear, defects, or discrepancies in equipment.
  • Effective communication skills to report findings, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure tool availability.

Responsibilities

  • Performs requirements determinations and usage forecasting

  • Perform other related duties and assignments as directed
  • Inspect, track, and manage calibration cycles for various measurement instruments.
  • Handle, identify and maintain a wide range of tools used in a military aircraft environment.
  • Report findings, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure tool availability.
  • Work independently while following strict operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Read, understand, and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to their job.
