Requirements

  • Experience in creating and managing purchase orders
  • Ability to resolve purchase order discrepancies
  • Skill in sourcing reliable vendors
  • Experience in receiving and inspecting deliveries
  • Proficiency in updating inventory management software
  • Knowledge of maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Experience in establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds
  • Ability to coordinate procurement for maintenance activities
  • Experience in conducting physical inventory cycle counts
  • Ability to ensure system accuracy
  • Experience in procuring tooling, support equipment, and materials
  • Skill in maintaining calibrated tooling and equipment
  • Experience in handling local delivery and pickup of repaired components
  • Ability to prepare and manage outbound shipments
  • Experience in advance ordering of supplies
  • Proficiency in overseeing and maintaining inventory control programs and software systems

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders to meet inventory and repair requirements
  • Resolve purchase order discrepancies and source reliable vendors for goods and services
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; update inventory management software accordingly
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds for consumables and repairables
  • Coordinate closely with the Supply Lead to support timely procurement for scheduled maintenance activities
  • Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and ensure system accuracy
  • Procure tooling, support equipment, and materials necessary for ongoing aircraft maintenance
  • Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment in a ready-to-use state
  • Handle local delivery and pickup of repaired components
  • Prepare and manage outbound shipments efficiently
  • Ensure advance ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted facility operations
  • Oversee and maintain inventory control programs and software systems
