About The Position

Beacon Group seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Supply Technician to work with a team maintaining an inventory of consumable supplies. The position is located at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona, and is part of the AbilityOne program. Candidates must meet the program’s definition of disabled: having a severe physical or mental impairment that limits functional capabilities so that the individual cannot engage in competitive employment over an extended period.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of supply systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience performing the listed responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must meet the AbilityOne definition of disabled.

Responsibilities

• Stock, order, and receive consumable supplies.
• Receive excess equipment and perform technical inspections.
• Coordinate and execute Transportation Office shipments.
• Perform shipping and receiving.
• Catalog and post property into a database.
• Label property for accurate tracking.
• Conduct inventories.
• Create and update supporting and document files using Microsoft Office tools.
• Manage storage.
• Attend training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
