About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing daily supply operations and leading a team to ensure efficient inventory and logistics management. The position involves detailed record-keeping, processing requisitions, managing stock, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidance. The supervisor will also be responsible for data flow between customers, stock operations, and STAMIS operations, as well as performing physical inventory counts and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain post driving privileges.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have warehouse experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a CAC, to include network access.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Chief on daily work functions for staff.
  • Performing inventory and storage management, including sensitive items, cataloging, property utilization, customer reconciliations, requisitions processing, issue and receipt of supply items, and supply parts research and analysis.
  • Updating critical logistical reports daily.
  • Managing the data flow between customers, stock operations, and STAMIS operations.
  • Establishing and maintaining automated and manual accounting records, and posting receipts and turn-ins.
  • Ensuring that all supply requirements are processed accurately and timely.
  • Maintaining supply storage areas in accordance with regulatory guidance.
  • Editing all received supply transactions and posting as applicable.
  • Editing and performing quality assurance and quality control checks during data input from source documents.
  • Performing research to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Investigating stock/record/material discrepancies impacting inventory balances.
  • Operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and stock selectors to move material.
  • Performing physical inventory counts, material inspections, and location survey checks.
  • Updating records based on cyclic inspections, and researching receipt discrepancies for record adjustments.
  • Leading other staff on-site in daily routine work functions.
  • Performing all other relevant duties as assigned.
