Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as general computer knowledge.
Ability to work with high degree of accuracy and meet continuous deadlines.
Ability to work at a completely confidential level.

Nice To Haves

Minimum three (3) months experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receives, stores and issues materials, supplies and equipment.
Takes inventories and assists in compiling stock records.
Adheres to all policies and procedures documented in the Materials Management policy and procedure manual.
Keeps storeroom and supply areas stocked daily, ensuring all items meet the needs of the organization.
Report any inventory issues to Supply Chain Supervisor.
Keep all supply areas clean, organized, and free of outdated products.
Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
Maintain accuracy when performing all aspects of job.
Assists with training of new employees as needed.
Signs for, unloads and inspects for damage all shipments at the time of arrival as observed by the Supply Chain Supervisor.
Receive inventory in a timely matter into our ERP system, ensuring shipments are accurate.
Records and reports discrepancies to the Buyers at the time of discovery as observed by the Supply Chain Supervisor, Director, or Buyer.
Marks and delivers supplies and equipment to proper departments.
Continuously looks to improve process and flow related to materials handling.
Reports to work on time and is at work as scheduled.
Other departmental needs as determined by leadership.
