About The Position

The Supply & Procurement Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities supporting semiconductor operations. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement and smooth purchasing processes.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or related field.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP System.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively plan and execute procurement activities for a range of materials and services including inventory items.
  • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including creation, confirmation, follow-up, and expediting to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner closely with requestors to understand their requirements and provide guidance on procurement processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for resolving procurement-related issues, including delivery discrepancies, receiving errors, and invoice/payment issues in coordination with Logistics and Accounts Payable.
  • Manage assigned inventory items, including monitoring consumption trends, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and initiating replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Maintain accurate system data and procurement records.
  • Coordinate returns, replacements, and support related processes such as stock initiation and material setup.
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in purchasing and inventory management activities.
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
