About The Position

As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a central role in optimizing Agropur’s fresh products supply chain. Leveraging primarily SAP IBP, you will be at the heart of the S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and distribution across the network. Your contribution will be critical to achieving customer service objectives while maximizing manufacturing and logistics efficiency, all within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in supply chain / logistics / operations)
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning
  • Experience with integrated planning systems in an ERP environment
  • Advanced proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and Power BI or equivalent
  • Fluent communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a short- to medium-term production plan (up to 18 months), including inventory projections and capacity utilization
  • Collaborate with the demand management team and work closely with plants to achieve objectives
  • Resolve day-to-day issues caused by fluctuations in sales forecasts and supply in order to meet the required service level
  • Manage the allocation of promotional volumes based on available plant production capacity to meet demand on time while optimizing costs
  • Coordinate and monitor corrective and improvement actions required to meet standards and objectives
  • Ensure healthy inventory levels by mitigating both stockouts and obsolete/aging inventory
  • Optimize manufacturing costs by improving efficiency related to S&OP supply chain processes
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply planning activities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
  • Ensure effective communication with other functions to achieve targeted service levels
  • Participate in various continuous improvement projects
