Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a focused degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional business experience is required, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Production Planning, Supply Chain Systems, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Transportation.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Excel (v-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong SAP system knowledge
  • Robust analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Validated project management skills.
  • Familiarity with (local) regulations, GMP, and/or ISO requirements.
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Six Sigma and APICS certification
  • Experience demonstrating strong cross-functional business insight and ability to influence.
  • Successful leadership, planning management expertise, and critical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with external manufacturing sites by monitoring available capacity, monitoring and managing component availability to ensure supply plans can be fulfilled, and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service issues.
  • Manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and appropriate internal teams on the current and future status of product supply for existing products, as well as for future launches.
  • Escalate any issues that will affect the organization’s ability to meet customer needs and/or fulfilling targeted supply plans.
  • Develop capacity-feasible supply plans and provide them to the manufacturing locations on a prescribed schedule.
  • Collaborate with assigned sites and EM site leads to develop short/mid-term production schedules by taking into consideration site constraints, customer service and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate issue resolution for deviations that may occur.
  • Manage and coordinate component and labeling changes.
  • Complete planning scenarios in support of meeting customer service and/or inventory targets with a focus on minimizing inventory, as appropriate.
  • Provide accountability for inventory projections/modeling to meet target inventory levels.
  • Ensure that supply plans are developed (and communicating to the appropriate site) which are achievable, aligning to timeline and deliverables, supporting meeting launch inventory targets, and are inclusive of any promotional activities.
  • Participate in the S&OP process related to the supply and operating plans.
  • Lead supply-related meetings to communicate output and results of monthly supply and inventory planning activities.
  • Support master data setup in SAP/APO including, but not limited to, the following master data elements: material/product masters and BOM’s.
  • Ensure data accuracy for planning values, shutdown, changeover, project work for those sites where McNeil RCCP planning tools are utilized.
  • Collaborate with project managers and/or appropriate personnel to ensure the SAP/cMAT material set up of all new codes for proper system planning, the ability to cut POs and reporting and releasing capabilities.

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $72,675.00 - $102,600.00
