About The Position

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a US-based, fully integrated pharmaceutical company with capabilities in product development, manufacturing, and commercial operations. Its growing portfolio includes branded pharmaceuticals in cardiology, women's health, and migraine markets. The company manufactures complex dosage forms and has corporate and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and North Carolina, supported by more than 300 employees. The Supply Planner and S&OP Coordinator leads planning, purchasing, and inventory management for externally manufactured and packaged finished goods. The role works cross-functionally to ensure inventory availability, supply continuity, and alignment with commercial demand forecasts. It also coordinates and manages the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, maintaining planning discipline, facilitating decision-making forums, and aligning commercial, supply chain, finance, operations, and leadership teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand planning, or business planning.
Strong analytical, modeling, and scenario-planning capabilities.
Experience supporting executive decision-making processes.
Understanding of inventory management and supply planning principles.
Experience working in cross-functional business environments.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

Develop and provide monthly forecasts for external manufacturing and packaging partners.
Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components.
Collaborate with Commercial Operations to review demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and business requirements.
Support new product launches, technology transfers, and external manufacturing transitions with Project Management and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate the monthly S&OP process and planning calendar.
Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs into a unified business plan.
Develop inventory, capacity, and supply scenarios to support executive decision-making.
Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews and governance meetings.
Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.
Monitor planning KPIs and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
Support inventory management and working capital optimization initiatives.
Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to align operational and business assumptions.
Communicate inventory-related risks, constraints, trade-offs, and opportunities through the planning process.
Develop inventory recommendations that balance customer service, growth objectives, and working capital performance.
Track actions, decisions, and commitments generated through the S&OP process.
Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, reporting capabilities, and business planning maturity.
