About The Position

The Supply Planner I will create, manage and maintain purchase orders and inventory across all Readerlink distribution centers.

Bachelor’s degree or related business subject required.
Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
High energy level with the ability to keep multiple projects on schedule.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.
Must be proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to do algebra, calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
A methodical and organized approach to problem-solving.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Create, maintain, and track purchase orders across all publishers and ReaderLink Distribution Centers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
Review and resolve quarantine inventory.
Enter and maintain items into F&O.
Communication of all product discrepancies between Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Help build and maintain long-term relationships with our publishers and licensors.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work extra hours to keep projects on schedule.
Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
