About The Position

As a Supply Planner I, you will implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions within Honeywell to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolving material-related issues due to supply-based problems, inventory errors, or demand changes. You will act as the liaison for cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operations, and quality.

Requirements

• 1 year of Supply Chain experience
• High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
• 2+ years of experience with MRP/ERP Systems
• Ability to lead process improvement
• Knowledge in Sigma or lean
• Ability to work independently and take direction from others
• Established skills and experience in Materials management

Responsibilities

• Solve material related problems
• Ensure timely material ordering
• Engineering Change Requests
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
• Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory
• Provide data and analysis
• Escalate shortages and potential shortages
