Supply Operations Manager

VibeNew York, NY
$145,000 - $190,000Hybrid

About The Position

Vibe.co is seeking a Supply Operations Manager to join their Supply team as one of the first operational hires. This role will be responsible for the operational core of Vibe's supply function, including deal management, inventory quality, SSP relationships, creative compliance, and cross-team coordination. The position offers the opportunity to work on unique market capabilities, directly shape the publisher development roadmap, and evolve with the company as operational layers become increasingly automated. The ideal candidate will be curious about the future of CTV, AI, and automation in the industry and eager for career growth within Vibe.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience across the DSP/SSP ecosystem
  • Strong SQL skills. You can run your own queries, build your own analyses, and don't need to wait for a data team
  • Proven experience managing relationships with large publishers or media organizations. You understand their org structures and how decisions get made
  • Ability to move fluidly between technical depth and clear communication. You can diagnose a deal delivery issue and explain it to a non-technical stakeholder in the same conversation
  • Genuine curiosity about where the CTV landscape is heading, including how AI and automation will change this role, and excitement about what that means for your own career growth trajectory within Vibe

Nice To Haves

  • Experience troubleshooting deal IDs and technical delivery issues in a live environment
  • Familiarity with CTV or streaming platforms, either on the publisher or buyer side
  • Experience with Looker, Imply, or AWS for SQL-based data work
  • Background working directly with SSPs or in a supply-side role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full deal lifecycle from new deal setup and spend monitoring to deals management across all our active publisher relationships
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues end-to-end, digging until you find the answer
  • Execute auction-level optimization and monitoring, using SQL to surface delivery patterns and anomalies
  • Own inventory quality control, identifying and resolving issues before they impact campaign performance
  • Run key metrics reporting and volume-matching queries that keep publisher and internal teams in sync
  • Manage creative compliance processes, ensuring our publisher inventory meets publisher standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance issues quickly and systematically
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CSM and Account Management on questions related to our inventory
  • Manage the Supply triage incoming requests from across the organization
  • Build internal enablement materials so other teams can self-serve on supply questions over time
  • Partner with engineers on automation initiatives to incorporate the use of AI

Benefits
